Come già detto in altre recensioni di coltelli acquistati su Amazon, lavoro nel catering e questo è l'ennesimo e fantastico coltello affilatissimo e leggerissimo che compero , ottimo per mani piccole e adatto al uso prolungato.A mio avviso è un coltello adatto a chi non ama il peso della lama che in questo caso è leggerissima ma robusta , sicuramente non è acciaio damasco ma ha un bellissimo disegno che lo contraddistingue , il manico è in polimeri e non in legno ma si adatta bene alla mano , non scivola e contribuisce alla leggerezza complessiva del coltello.E' una buona lama per il taglio delle verdure e dei vegetali ma si presta benissimo anche per i tagli di carne di grosse dimensioni.Per me si merita sicuramente cinque stelle garantite.

Non è che ci sia molto da dire su questo coltello, ha una trama damasco, taglia bene, è economico e creato sicuramente in fabbrica capisce dal manico che è troppo perfetto per essere fatto a mano, in ogni caso per 17 euro è più che valido.La lama è estremamente sottile, quindi fate attenzione a non forzarla se l'alimento che tagliate è troppo duro perché rischiereste di spezzarla.Per tagliare le verdure è l'ideale, anche la carne volendo, l'importante è che appena lo avete utilizzato per tagliare alimenti acidi, lo andiate a lavare e asciugare immediatamente.

Hallo, habe das Messer zum verschenken gekauft und habe mich jetzt mal erkundigt wie das Messer so ist und ob ich es mir auch kaufen soll oder nicht. Das Geburtstagskind meint das es sehr scharf ist und der Griff sehr gut verarbeitet ist und eine tolle Optik hat. Die Damastoptik ist wohl eingraviert oder drauf gedruckt aber bei dem Preis ist es auch zweitrangig Hauptsache scharf. Das Messer ist für denn normalen Haushaltsgebrauch gut geeignet. Werde mir sehr Wahrscheinlich auch eins zulegen.

Premetto che mi diletto in cucina ma sono ben lontano da essere uno chef, ho comprato questo coltello perchè sono andato a vivere da solo e mi serviva un bel coltello, solido e tagliente per cucinare. Devo dire che rispecchia proprio il coltello di cui avevo bisogno, maneggevole, tagliente bello e robusto. This knife has a very sharp blade because of high carbon stainless steel. This is just the 8-inch blade, but it was just right for the jobs I use it on. It's well designed and fits your hand very well. I was cutting old spinach and it felt like it was rubbery and the knife went right through it without any problem. I really liked the form of the handle. It fits right in my hand and didn't feel like a block in my hand. I really can't think of something bad about it. Well-constructed and it is easy to handle and safe to use. I will definitely tell my friends to get this knife it is well worth it and you will not need another knife again.
