Fiberflour Original, Fiberflour ulta-fine and Fibersugar

Good for pastries and common uses. A bit to “thick” and crumbly. You should definitely prefers the ultra fine (same brand) for cake.

I live a keto life style and so bake a lot of keto friendly items. This flour made a nice change from almond flour and I would use it more if it wasnt so expensive but I swap it for normal flour in cakes and pastry etc and works well. In comparison to buying baked keto treats its works out cheaper and far tastier.
