Bought it from the seller and it arrived in great shape with neat pages and an intact sweet spine. Money well spent.

This book is smaller than I was expecting, both physically in size and depth of subjects covered. Rather than concentrating on giving information about the conditions it attempts to ask you questions about them. I feel patronised by it, also I feel I have wasted my money, and shall be searching for another book to learn from avoiding these authors.
