gosh, what a hard cross stitch this was, had to give up after a few hours. I guess this is for the most experienced sewers. Nothing to do with the seller at all.

Bought for my mother who is a prolific cross stitcher, I thought the impressionist style lent itself well to cross stitch. There is a little lost in changing it to cross stitch form, particularly perspective- there's a woman at the back on the left by the treeline who looks like a giant standing next to the trees rather than in the field far in front of them. It looks good at the end of the day and should be recognisable to others. Be warned this one will take you a long time to complete as the flowers have a lot of single stitches rather than blocks of colour.
