I gave this couch 5 stars because of the multiple features. Not only is it comfortable which is the most important but the massage and heat feels really good. Of course it's only vibrations but from the legs to the upper back and can be changed up by the remote for each seat. The led lights are bright, USB and 110 outlet is super handy. I really like the drawer for the TV remote and other gadgets. Took my wife and I 45 minutes to an hour after unboxing to put together. I do recommend a 2 nd person to help with installing brackets. It came in manageable size boxes and 2 separate days from UPS. These are not very large seats so if you are very tall etc you may want to compare this unit to others. The surround speakers are amazing. I was surprised at the quality sound. Overall we are very pleased with this seating and highly recommend !

Despised the dinette and jacknife sofa in our camper. Searched the internet high and low and decided on this because it fit all my wants. Lights, heated seats, massage function, bluetooth speaker, and outlets are added bonuses. I just wanted a double recliner that could also be a full couch. So many of them out there have the center part with cup holders but it doesn't convert to a full couch. This one fit the bill. Its been in my camper for 3 months and I have no complaints. I've fallen asleep on it a few times, couldn't do that with the stupid uncomfortable dinette.

This love seat arrived one day early. All boxes arrived at the same time. The company contacted me both when ordered telling.me boxes would ship together but may not arrive at the same time.I had one.question before it arrived and recieved a reply within 5 hours. FYI the color Velbrown is a dark brown fabric not fake leather. I was happy to find this out as all the others are some type of leather look and my husband did not like that idea. It took me a 70+ yearold female about 1 1/2 hours to unbox, inspect all pieces and assemble. My husband had just returned home after a long hospitalization so he could. not help. Look over the directions first. . The holes were a little hard to line up but went well with a little patience. We find it comfortable and motors are quiet.

I ordered this love seat for our game room about 3 weeks ago. So far I am very pleased with my choice. It's easy to assemble, good quality looks great and very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the length of the foot rest. It's great for my wife at 5'2 but for me at even 5'9 it comes up short. Over all not that big of a deal. The customer support is 5 star all the way. When I received my packages " ON TIME " all the boxes were correct but somehow the warehouse had put the wrong section in box A. I immediately took a couple pictures of the duplicate sections sent contacted customer support and within a matter of 2 hours they contacted me with updates on how they were resolving the problem. Within 24 hours they had sent out the correct section and had sent it FedEx express. 3 days later I had my package sitting at my door when I got home from work. Over all I would highly recommend doing business with this company. There products are good quality and they back up there products with GREAT customer support.

This recliner us so comfortable, I was worried it would be stiff but I love it for my rv. I had a little bit of some trouble connecting the middle piece to the seats but that just cause of the awkward angle (I did it by myself in about a leisure 40min). It came in 4 boxes and was easy to bring into my rv. It does have a total of 5 things to plug into a outlet tho, 2 are for each seats message and heating, 1 for the leds, 1 for the power, and 1 for the built in outlets. I personally didn't plug in 1 of the seat message or the leds and everything works perfect

I LOVE this set, the ease of installation, and fair costs. It is perfect in my home!!! The customer service department is responsive and helpful!!!This company has earned my strongest recommendation for this product!!!

Just got it today for our living room that has a small oddly shaped wall and it fits perfectly! Took about an hour to assemble and so far is super sturdy and all the electrical components work great. So pleased with this purchase!The massage is just vibrations but still fun, the heat is AMAZING! I have a bad back and constant lay on a heating pad, it gets almost as hot as my heating pad.

I had very high hopes for this recliner. I purchased it as a replacement for a previous power recliner that we loved, but had stopped reclining after 10 years. After working through the assembly, I was genuinely excited to curl up next to my wife and begin my next 10 year recliner relationship. It didn’t last 10 days. This thing was so uncomfortable that we are replacing it immediately and giving it away-probably to someone we don’t like very much…
