Very stylish
This is a very stylish cabinet, easy to assemble, and sturdy. When partly assembled I realised the width of the shelves was slightly too narrow for my needs, but I loved the cabinet so much I decided to become creative. I added some thick wooden beading to the reverse of the cabinet, before nailing the backing on. I then covered the beading with black tape which blended in with the cabinet perfectly. The supplied wall fittings were no longer suitable (but I wouldn't have used them regardless, as I wouldn't have had much confidence in their ability to hang such a heavy cabinet on a plasterboard wall) so I used some heavy duty ones I had lying around in the shed. The end result was worth the extra effort on my part, but please do check the width of the shelves before purchasing to ensure it's suitable for your own purposes.I now have a very happy son who can proudly display his ever-growing collection of Rubik's cubes.

Take time building it
For the price, I’m really pleased with this. I was after a cabinet to display my die cast cars, and this is perfect for the job. Why? It’s reassuringly heavy and sturdy, fairly straightforward to assemble and easy to get cars out or re-order them, or to reposition the shelves. In my case it would be useful to add a couple more shelves, but I’ll have to get those made. That’s my only real criticism.A few reviews have marked it down as it’s a chipboard frame - think Ikea and you’re about right - so don’t expect hand crafted solid wood for this price. I suspect the shelves would bow with heavy items on them, but that’s standard fare as there are no supports mid-way along the shelf, and I’m not displaying heavy items so this doesn’t affect me.Comments about the wall brackets are fair - these are visible once it’s hung - but I’m not sure how you’d avoid that with such a heavy cabinet. That said, they sit proud of the back of the frame, so when I hung it the whole thing was tipped slightly forwards and my cars were rolling towards the glass. I put rubber bungs on each bottom corner to angle it slightly backwards, problem fixed. The main point now. Take your time building it as the backing piece isn’t easy to line up and it sets the shape of the frame. This has to be nailed in place and there are no guide holes so you have to centre it as well as you can then guess where the wood behind it is, or you’ll put a visible hole through the backing piece, or break through the laminate as I did. I suspect this might be why others have reported misshaped glass - it’s the frame being slightly off square, not the glass. Also, the shelves are supported by metal dowels with a wider ring around the middle, presumably so they can be prised out with a screwdriver. But if you don’t push them in far enough, the shelves sit on this wide bit of the dowel, and aren’t flat.Overall; great for the money. You can spend a fortune on these.

descent value
ok so this isnt going to win any engineering awards but i have to say im happy with it, i use it for my wargames miniatures. it went together easy enough for me and while i agree that it is not a perfect fit, it is good enough. you do hammer the back on last while the glass is in but i did not feel there was much risk of breaking it. a word of advice, clean the glass first cause its a bugger to do it later. the shelves might bow under heavy weight like say metal cars but mine is fine. mine came with brackets to mount on the wall which seem strong enough. for the money im very happy with it and am thinking of getting a second one.

Super Display Cabinet
This is a very reasonable display case which I use to show my model cars in. Assembly pretty easy but fixing the back panel with the glass doors in place was a bit of a challenge. One door fell out due to the hammering so make you do this on the carpet. Manged to refit the door after slackening the screws on one side. Pleased with the cabinet overall.

Pros and Cons
Bought this as I was looking to rehouse my 1/72 armour and military truck collection, and was on a tight budget.Pros: Price; Ease of assembly; Look of finished product.Cons: Build materials (laminated chipboard and hardboard plus glass) Having to fit glass at early stage; Unable to fit more shelves at a later date without complete disassembly; The hardboard backing needs nailing, (nails supplied)worrisome when glass is fitted! There is a slight gap between closed doors and cabinet sides (does not detract from finished appearance.)I would recommend fitting some wall brackets underneath the finished product as the unit is heavy. another shelf would be useful and the supplied shelves would be better if evenly spaced. It may be possible to remove doors? but not covered by instructions.Good value for price, holds 35 1/72 models, tanks and trucks and trucks towing artillery/flak guns. Would buy another.28/07/12: And I did....This time doors are a better fit, no gaps. Cabinet now holds 40 1/72 scale tank models. To the other reviewer of this product (The Reverend?) you must have been supplied a duff one!04/04/13: And I have done so for a third time. (Not yet assembled) Not anticipating any problems, just more dust free display space at a reasonable price.28/08/13 You may be bored by this, but cabinet 4 arrived Tuesday, a whopping 48hrs after purchase with free delivery (and the day before was a Bank Holiday!)The cabinet went together well, with zero problems. My only gripe was the price hike since my last purchase. But, many thanks Amazon!

Great for funko pop collectors
These are great and well you get what u pay for. This shelving unit is great for a pop funko collector like myself I can fit so many in this but you can’t fit any pops in the top slot or very bottom as they are to small . The shelf it’self is sturdy but not amazing quality but u get what u pay for but for the price and look they are amazing
