The phone was nothing like what it should be. With the stylus being separate, and not in the phone, that was already poor quality. The phone case that is meant for S23 phones couldn't fit. When the phone was turned on, it operated nothing like an S23 and functioned like a Google Pixel - type phone. Totally not a good product.

This was a great gift for me to purchase for someone so far everything works as it should except for the case that I ordered to go with it thinking it was the same size as the Samsung s24 and it's not it does not fit the same cases but other than that it is an awesome phone my life partner loves it.

Although the phone had a nice physical feel and good screen size, it's a scam. Not os android 13 or CPU Snapdragon 8, no ability to upgrade or downgrade from the firmware to something stable, consistent crashing as in core apps would crash non-stop until forcefully stopped entirely. No ability to text and 200% not "Unlocked". Thank God im in IT or i would've never figured out how truly scammed i was. Don't buy.

This isn't an S23 ultra at all.Doesn't even come in the correct packaging...It's not even the same shape as the S23 ultra.The back of the phone is made of a very cheap plastic.There's no S-Pen, nor is there a slot for the S-Pen that is definitely included on the S23 Ultra.Instead, they Include a cheap plastic stylus pen with a little rubber tip...They changed all the names in the phone info to say S23 Ultra.When I factory reset the phone to see what branding it would show from a fresh boot...it froze on the "android" screen for about 5 minutes, then booted up straight to the phone's app page (showing no model name such as S23 Ultra while booting up)I even went in the settings and just straight up searched "Samsung" and it said no results.This is an absolute joke. Please avoid lol.YES, THE DEAL IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE LOL

This is Android 13 and only 4G, but if you are on a budget and can't afford $1000 for phone, this is a pretty good deal. It has fingerprint and face unlock and runs smoothly. For those that are interested, the boot loader is also unlocked.

Do not buy this phone, it lags worse then anything I’ve ever had and it doesn’t even have any apps installed, also there is no case that fits it other then the crappy plastic thin one they send with it and that falls right off when it hits the floor. The frequently bought with case doesn’t even fit the phone. This is a total rip off

It is a phone and that's all it is. I can't load most of my apps or they don't work correctly and my biometrics quit working totally disappeared from the settings don't ask my how or why it's just gone

No carrier would connect and the phone was a different size then the actual phone it's supposed to be initiating.
