Corner pull-out shelving unit for cabinet width 800mm (Left Hand 549.42.241)

Great item used on a LHS cupboard fits well . Good quality. Makes practical use of a dead space. Straightforward to install.

The unit is well made and easy to fix for a DIY person. Mine took about one and a half hours for the two but could be done quicker once you have the knack. Smooth operation, so no complaints on the technical operation. The down side is that the storage available on each shelf is very restricted. This unit is for an 800mm cupboard but the shelf is only about 670mm long, so 130mm wasted. Also each of the new shelves is raised by 100mm due to the arm mechanism underneath, and this reduces head room. The contoured shape of the shelf it is rather narrow and the net result is that you end up with a lot less storage than you had before the pull out unit was fitted. Those who would benefit from using these would be people of restricted mobility.

Great product and not so difficult to fit as it’s supplied with templates to make sure you drill in the correct place, I fitted 4 units in 2 hours. Reseller was very helpful as I got my LH and RH mixed up so double check this, could buy again!

Delivered much quicker than they said. Fits well. Sturdy product and now I can use the full storage in my corner cupboard. The instructions are not very clear but the template they give to guide where to put the holes works perfectly and a bit of common sense and it was fairly easy to work out.

Easy to install and a great way making my corner unit more accessible. Good quality and instructions.

Unit is nice. One problem, it was supplied with screws that were too long. I checked the instructions and confirmed the unit was suitable for fitting in a kitchen base with 16-20mm panels. My unit is 18mm so should have been ok. When I applied the first screw it went through the fitted end panel. Had to cobble together a fix using spacers to ensure remaining screws would not damage panel further. Fittings and instructions not fit for purpose.

The kidney shelves were easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. Item seems strong and is a lot cheaper than the kitchen shops. Overall very impressed and and installed in 30 minutes

Be aware. Picture is a right handed not a left like the description. I tried to fit the wrong unit! So my mistake as not offered any real help from seller, apart from that i had bought the wrong unit. I had hoped i could adapt it perhaps with different hinges, but ended up buying the correct unit. From someone else though 😔
