Die Pumpe war 5 Wochen nach der 2-jährigen Garantie ohne ersichtlichen Grund plötzlich defekt. Ein Anruf bei Amazon erbrachte die Empfehlung mich in Sachen Kulanz an die Vertriebsfirma LiGalo GmbH zu wenden. Nach einem Anruf dort und einem ergänzendem Schreiben bekam unverzüglich Ersatz und freute mich erneut über alle Abwicklungen bei Amazon und auch über deren leicht zugängliche Erreichbarkeit per Telefon.
