Loved these shoes…they weren’t available in the size I thought I needed (run a bit small)…but luckily they fit my husband as I had missed the return window.I was able to try them on and feel how quality and lightweight they were and if they had my size and color in stock I’d order another pair.My spouse says they’re super functional for all around activities and super comfortable !

I've encountered several medical issues with my feet and ankles, making the process of finding suitable shoes quite daunting. My left ankle has weakened significantly, and my right heel pad has caused considerable pain, exacerbating balance issues. Admittedly, I've become a fall risk. lolCurrently, I’m wearing Mephisto’s. My experience with Mephisto shoes has been positive in terms of pain relief, but their sneaker options didn't quite meet my aesthetic preferences.Experimenting with various brands like New Balance, Hoka, and Brooks yielded similar results. I've realized I tend to walk with a heavy heel strike, feeling as though my heel bottoms out, especially with softer cushioned shoes. The thicker cushioned shoes caused my ankle to roll. Either shoe may lead my right heel in pain after just a few hours of wear.However, a chance encounter with Keen shoes at a store proved promising. Though initially the waterproof versions have limited in color options, further research revealed another version of this shoe. I decided to give them a try.Upon receiving the Keen shoes, I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate comfort and perfect fit out of the box. The cushioning struck the right balance—firm enough to avoid that sinking feeling yet soft enough for maximum comfort. Additionally, the sole's grip seems promising for addressing potential balance issues. While it's too early to comment on long-term durability, as of now, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The media could not be loaded. Keen ,I think you could do better on shoe laces. Need to at least 4 to 6 inches longer overall. They fit great and feel great walking. Come on man! Send me some legitimate laces.

These shoes are neither man nor beast. They’re not particularly comfortable, so are they walking shoes given that they’re breathable? Absolutely not the fit is very stiff. Are they hiking shoes? No, because they don’t offer any support in terms of the structure of the shoe and how your heal/ foot fit into the shoe, and this breathable version offers no waterproofing. Perhaps the tread is good for day hiking use but I’ll never know because they’re simply too uncomfortable to wear. Keen made a name for itself by making shoes that had a wide toebox but these shoes have a narrow toebox, and even though I wouldn’t say that they fit uncomfortably in the toe, they narrow through the arch of your foot in such an uncomfortable way that it makes the shoe both unattractive and tight. Keen needs to go back to its old aesthetic, both in terms of form and function. Ultimately the shoes are too lightweight, they are too narrow and the materials feel cheap. You’d get way better. Use out of a pair of sketchers for half the price. Also, as a brand, they really need to stop putting this keen billboarding on the side of their shoes, it looks hideous, and the new colors are hideous. I have a pair of Keen Oakridge from five years ago. They’re excellent. Since then, Keen, in terms of design and function has just plummeted, you guys need to fire your design team and get people who know what they’re doing.

KEEN has always made the best shoes, but they were on the heavy side. Now, between these Versacores and their NXIS's, they are making some really great shoes that are also light. Plus, these Versacores are also capable of running in them. KEEN doesn't advertise them that way, but they call them speed shoes, so I guess it's either that or walking very fast.I just wish they made more neutral colors, such as the black not having the white trim, and maybe a brown version, so they can be worn in more professional settings, as well.

I love Keen and think they make great shoes, I have several pairs. When they came out with this trail runner, it was a no-brainer for me. But once wearing them I regret getting them. The good: durable grippy sole, great build quality, the Bad: Huge forefoot so I have to yoke in the laces over my instep and it's not super comfortable.I generally appreciate the more anatomical fit of Keen's, but it seems like they decided to provide even more forefoot/midfoot space which isn't great in a running or trail shoe. Sorry Keen, I'd love to see your next gen version and perhaps re-evaluate then....

I'm impressed with Keen shoes and boots. More than I wanted to pay but worth the comfort.

Hatte mit Wanderschuhen von Keen begonnen und habe jetzt gleich 2x in schwarz und orange die Sneaker gekauft. Top Qualität und Komfort, kein Vergleich zu günstigeren Schuhen, auch nicht der anderen bekannten Marken. Kann also auch generell ich sehr empfehlen 👍🏻

Ich hatte von Keen bereits einen Outdoor Trekking Schuh und fand die super. Diese Trekking/ Laufschuhe sind ebenfalls sehr gut!Top verarbeitet, bequem und robust!Habe sie direkt zusätzlich in orange bestellt.Achtung! Im Wanderschuh hatte ich 41, in diesen Schuhen 42 (evtl. also direkt eine Nummer größer bestellen)Meine Empfehlung 👍🏻

Very lite weight construction. Durability is questionable.
