Be aware, the reviews that mention indigestion are accurate ...... it's good to drink LOTS of water, and maybe have an indigestion tablet when you take one. I started with half a tablet. as many people suggested, and it worked surprisingly well.I also found a tablet was good for avoiding the after-aches of heavy gardening, my body ached after moving a large quantity of gravel on the day before I took half of one of these, but was much better the day after I took one.... This could be a coincidence, but I ached the day after again, maybe the effect is to do with increased blood flow in muscles perhaps.

I tried it, but unfortunately, the ingredients didn’t work for me as expected. While the formula seems promising, I didn’t notice any significant improvement in stamina or performance. Based on my experience, it might work differently for others, but personally, I didn’t get the results I was hoping for.

I've tested a number of these now and it's true that some don't work, it's true that some work on some and not on others and it's arguably true that some simply work.These are likely to be the more reliable instance, they worked well (depending on mood), provided a bit of a light show after taking 2 of them (I read 1000mg is the max safest dose) which amused me, might disturb others.Had a bit of short-lived gut issue in the morning but that cleared up when it was meant to. (toilet call)They lasted about 4 hours at their peak and nothing other than the above, was noticed in the morning.At £24 for 10 these are more expensive than many but more reliable than most. So probably worth it.

No real positive affects....i did however get s thumping headache and nausea...i have tried so many of these herbal alternatives to the famous blue pill...unfortunately they never do anything....
