Hey, I am 5' 3.5" I wear a size 8-10 pants, I got the medium and theyre roomy and very stretchy. If youre in junior sizes I wear an 11-13 in junior sizes for reference. So maybe an XS or small?

Buy the same size you would buy in leggings. I’m a 13 but in leggings I’m a large. I only bought the xl because some women said it ran small. Had I have know. They were super stretchy I would have gotten a large.
