Received product on time quick assembly easy test it out and speed and shock resistance was amazing definitely not like other electric bikes it was a lot of fun to ride very quiet battery consistent not a bad price for what you get overall I would have to give it a five definitely worth every penny

Awesome Bike! fast gears shift smoothly, gets about 18-20 miles on full charge. extended seat great for passengers.Shipping was super easy driver put it right into my garage, packaged very carefully and was a breeze to put together.Tools that came with the bike were super useful and plug and play with the wires.

Easy assembly well made, packed very well, it is awesome to ride would recommend.

Speed not accurate battery life not accurate brakes bad quality I don’t recommend it

finally got into the 'has a backseat' bike to ride around with my partner... and it is so much fun. (we already have 2 individual ebikes, and it is fun to ride those too, but going on an adventure together is even better).also, all the bells and whistles: the motorcycle-like light, the back light, the blinkers, the thumb-"gas", the speed control, etc.and the chopper look!and when i had a question for customer service they answered within 24 hours.definitely a winner for this price.
