*```* BEST I HAVE FOUND *```* Here is why... (1) First DHA is super important for kids health development, These are packed with high DHA and EPA, they are the right potency! (2) Second, the soft gels! One of my kids is a chewer my other swallows her supplements with these the kids can do both. Because they are soft it makes them really easy to swallow also! (3) Packaging, like other Smart Family products I have bought they come individually sealed, thank you thank you! No broken or melted caps and every time I pop a pill for my kiddos is like opening a brand new sealed package. (4) Fourth NO SUGAR! Sugar sucks and its hidden in so many products, so this is one of the first things I look for when getting supplements (especially kids). (5) Backed by Dr. Sears! If you don't know who Dr. Sears is google him, seriously... My biggest issue is what supplement to trust when there is so much out there, I have followed Dr. Sears for years so to see his name on these products gives me major peace of mind and confidence. *```* I really love this product, looking forward to trying other Smart Family products *```*

My 4 year old doesn't complain taking it every day

Tried this product three different times. Not only did it make her vomit, but she could barely tolerate the taste. Sorry. I had high hopes for this product.

I saw the flavors for kids on the bottle and so assumed this was a chewable (even though it doesn't SAY chewable, I know!). Its basically a smaller version of the larger, adult fish-oil filled capsules I get more myself. I got these for my kids and they don't like swallowing capsules, even though they are smaller than some, its still scary for kids. Also, I don't know where the flavor is, at no point did my kids mention anything tasty about it. I'm glad I got them to add fish oil, but if I struggle to get the kids to take them I may move to another product if I can find one thats not a capsule.

As a clinical psychologist and nutrition specialist working with children and families, I am thrilled to see this product with high levels of the brain-supportive Omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA! Research shows that Omega-3's are essential for healthy brain function, and also that most children (and adults) don't get enough in their diets. Giving children a quality DHA supplement daily supports brain development so kids can learn, focus, communicate, and behave better. While there are many nutritional supplements out there, I don't recommend most of them due to high sugar content, artificial sweeteners and other chemical ingredients, and poor quality nutrients. These Smart Family DHA soft gels are sourced from the highest quality fish oils, taste great without added sugar or artificial sweeteners, and are small enough that even younger children can comfortably swallow (or chew) them. This product receives my highest recommendation for parents interested in supporting their child's brain development, behavior, and overall health.

I began taking these recently for cognitive support and im happy with them at this point! I like that they’re in a pack vs a bottle bc it’s easier to pop it out of a pack then open a bottle. I also like that I can see how many I have left so I know when I’m ready to order more, vs a bottle since I usually am caught off guard when I’m out and will then have to wait a few days to have supplements delivered or time to go pick up, which is not ideal in my busy life. I like more than just the packaging though:) The gelcaps are easy to swallow, don’t have a taste going down and ive had a lack of fishy smelling burps so that’s a win!!I’d recommend this product to anyone wishing to supplement with dha.

We noticed a difference right away once my children started taking these, and their teachers did as well. Most important, the kids actually enjoy taking them, so we don't even have to remember to give the kids their vitamins because they request them with their breakfast every morning. We looked high and low for top quality vitamins for the children since they don't always enjoy eating their veggies, so I'm ashamed to admit that well-balanced meals don't always happen as planned. The sugar free all natural ingredients are exactly what we were looking for. We showed them to our pediatrician and she agreed that they were perfect for our kiddos. Just the name on the packaging sparked my kids curiosity! They've been taking these supplements every morning, and according to the kiddos, the effects are absolutely positive. The pills themselves are really easy to take (which any parent knows can be the bigger issue), and from a mother's perspective, my kids absolutely do seem to be feeling a little sharper, especially on these lazy summer days. Also, their moods are more even-keel, which is a huge plus. We definitely plan to continue using Smart Family Nutrition in our daily routine!
