Keto Cookies, Low Carb Snacks: Double Chocolate Chip Cookies by Nui - 4g Net Carbs, 8 Pack (16 cookies)

I am extremely disappointed to state that Nui ( formerly ketoKookie) has ruined what was a wonderful product.1. The TASTE & TEXTURE of the cookie has changed greatly. It's no longer SOFT & CHEWY while still retaining its shape . It is CRUSTY and DRY.2.It leaves a CLEAR , BITTER AFTERTASTE unlike before.3. NEW PACKAGING is terrible, it doesn't protect the cookie and on each individual pack I found at least 1 cookie totally crumbled leading to HUGE WASTAGE.4.About 10-15% percent of the cookie is wasted because it shatters and crumbles easily.5. All the crumbs make a huge mess the consumer has to clean up afterwards.6. The previous paper based packaging was wide, spacious, user friendly, easier to open and re-use (you can just fold the opened side close if you just ate one cookie). New packaging is difficult to open, there is no tear strip . and it's narrow thus leading to cookies being crushed easily.I am saddened to write the above as I have in the past praised them for their product.I suspect that as they have expanded their young company ,they (Nui) have tinkered with their winning product for purely commercial reasons and profit and the end result is a compromised product.The most important aspect was the taste and texture of the cookie and that was non-negotiable to me.Nui has unfortunately altered that.That plus the wastage due to easily crumbling of up to 15% cookie makes this product unworthy. (Its much more expensive compared to other cookies as it is)I hope they can bring back the old formula before they lose anymore loyal customers which is a shame because they really did have an amazing product that addressed the needs of folks following Ketogenic lifestyle.

Don’t hate me for pointing this out, but I have never had a sweet tooth. Following a Keto Diet has always been easy for me because I’ve never struggled with giving up sweets. I received a pack of these cookies in my KetoKrate subscription box and decided to give them a taste because why waste them? I was blown away!!I’ve tasted other Keto cookies and have never been impressed or inspired to purchase them, but these cookies, I swear I was looking them up on Amazon before I even finished the package. Again let me remind you, I have never been a sweets fan or likely to purchase cookies; but I will be purchasing these cookies indefinitely!!The ginger flavor is outrageously deep and delicious, and the texture is soft and chewy while being just crisp enough on the outside. Nothing like the stale gingerbread hockey puck cookies I remember as a kid. There’s a slight cooling sensation from the eurythitol; but I actually enjoy that. It’s very mellow but if you’re not a fan of eurythitol you should know.My only disappointment with these cookies is that they’re a limited edition seasonal flavor. I want them all year round!!! Please buy these cookies and enjoy them as much as me!!! I’m hoping the company will get enough orders that they may be inspired to begin releasing them year round. Fingers crossed.

I have been a diabetic for over 16 years, and about 7 months ago I began KETO. The diet has changed my life, however, I have craved desserts and my sweet tooth has been insatiable throughout my dieting journey.Finding NUI has been an amazing experience. These Peanut Butter Cookies taste amazing to me. Yes, they are "frail", in that they are very delicate and can break easily. But my package was handled with care and my cookies arrived without them being smashed to smitherines (but, to be honest, even if they were smashed to smitherines, I would have found a way to eat them). If you have a sweet tooth but are watching your carbs THIS IS IT.Yes, it is on the expensive side. Spending $27 for 16 cookies is ridiculous. Especially when you can roll-up to Walmart and get a package of unhealthy Oreos for $4. But this is the country we live in, when a cheeseburger is $1 and a Salad is $7.But if your watching your weight, or need these cookies to become and remain healthy, then for me, they are worth it!

The Nui Snickerdoodle Cookies are good. They have a very nice, mellow flavor, though the cinnamon is a bit strong. I don't mind, since I love all things cinnamon. They are soft and chewy and a good texture. However, there is a sever cooling effect from the erythritol, more so in this cookie than the double chocolate cookies by Nui. But again, I don't mind it, and in fact have grown to like it quit a bit since starting Keto. But those who dont care for the cooling effect should be wary as it is strong in this flavor. Overall, this isn't my favorite cookie from this company (the double chocolate ones are incredibly yummy!) but I like this cookie and will definitely purchase it again when I need a switch up.

I was so excited to try these as I had heard really good reviews. Unfortunately they were too sweet, even for me, someone who can stand a lot of sweetness! The erythritol is over-powering to the point of not being able to really even taste the cookie. Convenience always wins over taste for me, but not in this case. Super disappointed with the money spent on a box of cookies that are just sitting in the pantry even when a huge sweet-tooth craving hits.

Love PB and the flavor is spot on!!! Having only used Stevia for years they are sweeter than I like. Cookies came on time, mine were not all broke like some have mentioned and this wis my 1st try. Would I buy again?? Not sure as the sweetness is almost to much for me and the price is a bit high. I do like them if they’d just cut back on all the sweetener and find a way to lower the price a bit I’d be a returning customer. I’d give 4.5 stars if I could
