I was skeptical at first, but this really seems to work. It suppresses appetite and I think I felt an energy boost as well.I'll keep using this. I sometimes drink vinegar straight, but these tablets take away the need to deal with the after taste of liquid vinegar or perhaps you may simply not like the taste of vinegar: this is the solution. Also, I actually bit into one of the capsules just to make sure it is what it advertises to be. It is in fact vinegar (along with whatever other ingredients). I'm a definite fan of these now.
