For the price, these are great. If you use them always going in one direction they will last much longer than rotating back and forth, but rotating back and forth is quicker, does a better job cleaning, and depending on clearance, might not have a choice but to rock back and forth.All that being said, these are a consumable tool, and not designed to last foreverKnowing that, they are fairly well made and the cleaning wire is reasonably good quality. However, these will and do wear out quicker than their true professional grade counterparts. For me, they God the job done, will last for several more home owner repairs over the coming years, so I have no complaints

It’s a fairly simple and straightforward product and does what it says it does.Overall quality seems good too. Not sure about a professional plumber, but as a DIYer this is a perfect little tool to keep handy.

Before I found these, I always used sandpaper to remove oxidation from copper pipes due soldering. This makes that task effortless and fast. The open circles quickly brush the outside of the pipe. The ends inserts into the pipe and quickly cleans it. If you haven't tried these, you'll be presently surprised at how easy this makes prepping copper.
