Fairly mild flavored, I tend to like a bold lemon taste. Works up great though. I added in a half packet of single to go lemon drink mic powder to boost the flavor. YUMMMM

Tastes like chemicals. Truly awful. I tried twice just to be sure it was nasty. It was. I honestly feel sorry for the cow whose milk I mixed it with. Threw the rest in garbage.

Great alternative to Jello puddings, especially for sugar-free options, bariatric and diabetic patients. Love the caramel. It's one of my favorite flavors and virtually impossible to find in other brands.

I am very disappointed in the flavour of this pudding mix, it doesn't taste very chocolatey and more like a nutty taste! Also it's very pale in colour. To make it more tasty and more like chocolate pudding instead of a nut pudding I added some unsweetened cocoa powder to it after it was mixed and set which helps a lot. I don't think I'll buy this brand again.I also purchased the Jello mixes but haven't used them yet...we'll see how they fare.

Thick pudding consistency, though the tapioca powder never dissolved fully. I ordered banana, but the flavor is stomach turning. Guesses included "uncooked potato" "kidney bean...no wait, lima bean?" and "eaurgh." Adding that this is not appropriate for diabetics, you'd do better buying something else.

I couldn’t find sugar free LEMON pudding at any supermarket or specialty store near me. I’m diabetic and needed it for a special cake recipe that begins with a sugar-free yellow cake mix. I was so happy to find it on Amazon! Not only does it work well in my cake recipe, but it makes a killer lemon meringue pie as well!

I purchased this because I enjoy stevia replacement for many things. However, this is awful. Tastes unsweet and the texture is awful despite 5 minutes of whipping with a mixer. Definitely headed for the trash.
