ERWEI LED Base Colorful

This is a gift for my husband for our 15th anniversary (traditional - crystal). It arrived in a beautiful box with a bow, so there's no need to wrap it. I took it out, and the clear ball with the planets in it is hefty and sits on the crystal base perfectly. I had to really twist the part on the bottom to get the light to work. At first I thought it didn't work; I had to twist it beyond where I thought it should work. It's a perfect gift for my husband, who has been interested in the space program since he was a kid. He would not want a crystal vase, and we have plenty of wine glasses!

So, I purchased two of these because they are so cool. One thing it does not mention is that when this item sits on the LED bottom stand, it is slightly SLIGHTLY mobile. At first I thought this was a flaw but then realized it doesn’t fall off but it actually allows this thing to SPIN! When it spins with the lights on, it projects colorful eclipses on the ceiling! It’s RAD! Highly recommend as a gift for those who love the solar system, planets, stars, astronomy, science, and alike. This is way cool. I wish it was priced a bit lower and that is what made me hold off purchase for a while but honestly, it’s pretty damn cool. Even if you are not a deep thinker into the universe, this is still an excellent gift, desk, home decor. Thanks!

I bought it for my Physics female teacher and she was ecstatic. I do recommend it.The colour of the planets and the planets themselves look high quality.Pretty nice souvenir for nerds or geeks as my teacher and myself.100% recommended.

This is beautiful and was a great gift to my husband. However, I wanted one that rotated and not battery operated. I have looked and looked and purchase several bases but they are always flat with no recess . Round glass globe on flat crystal surface, uh...no.

I like the solar system ball. I do wish it was made in a bit larger size. No fault of this seller. I did not find a larger one. This is going to be a birthday gift for our 5 going on 6 year old. He had his first visit to NASA this year and loved it. He is interested in space, rockets, and astronauts.

Love it. Would be cool if you could control the colors and speed but besides that it's amazing. You can hold the solar system in your hand(s)

This is a superb example of our solar system. A gorgeous and clear presentation of the sun and planets, and each one with their correct colors and comparative size to each other. And the lighted base is an added bonus of it's beauty. It adds a welcome touch of class to any room in your home - no matter where you set it.

I purchased this as a gift for my boss, a planetarium director and astronomy professor. He absolutely loved it. The model is very beautiful to look at (especially with the changing colors) and appears a lot more expensive than it actually is. The base is sturdy and the design is elegant. Very affordable and memorable gift. I would buy this again for anyone interested in the solar system (heck, I'm even considering getting one for my desk!)
