Very easy to mold to teeth. Instructions are straightforward. It comes in 2 sizes. Also comes with a case.I have a problem with grinding my teeth at night. Everything worked amazing
Everything came really well packaged and secure came with extra three small and one large it was a easy process soaking each separately in hot water in a plate and was easy to mold each one and cut to length to fit properly very impressed by this product.

Great Value Great Fit
I’m a grinder!! I purchased these to wear on my bottom teeth. They are very comfortable with having two different sizes so easy to find your fit. Very durable and stay in place. One thing is I had to heat my water in the microwave for me to get a better fit as I don’t have straight teeth. The good thing the stay soft so they don’t cut up your gums.

This mouth guard is amazing!!
I ordered this mouth guard hoping it would help with my TMJ because I clench my teeth really bad when I'm sleeping. I've been wearing it for 4 nights in a row and notice a tremendous difference. My teeth are no longer sore and my jaw feels much better. The guard is easy to shape to fit your mouth and is quite comfortable to sleep in. It did not wake me up or feel weird to sleep in. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of relief from jaw problems. I will be buying more to keep stocked up.

Molding took less than a minute!
Product arrived in great condition. Instructions were easy to follow. Molding took about 20 seconds per piece. Perfectly fitting molds on the first try. 2 upper and lower molds come in the box, so either I have an extra set for later or I’ll see if my husband wants to make a set. Molds are thick enough to stay in place, but do not obstruct breathing at all. I cannot grind my teeth through the molds! So they are perfect!!! Definitely a MUST HAVE for anyone who grinds their teeth in their sleep!
