Charger port broke fairly easily after several uses. Not sure if it was mishandled or poorly designed.On the plus side, holds charge well to be ready for any gaming session and can fully charge controller at a normal rate. Fits nicely against controller and the interface is easy to understandRevised review: the seller reached out to me after my concerning review and although I mentioned in my review that I may be the reason for mishandling the product, the seller still wanted to create a satisfying experience. I give this product a 5 just for the quick customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these 1 for me and 1 for my girlfriend...im never buying this product again. It worked fine for 3 weeks and now it just says "ER" while charging and even when you plug it into the controller itself. It is now just a Paperweight. It does absolutely NOTHING. No way to even fix it. What a waste of money....im highly disappointed.

Works great. Play and charge your controller at the same time. Battery holds good charge and charges controller about 3/4 to full quickly.

My kids are always forgetting to charge their remotes. This product makes those times when the remotes are low on battery easy to fix and keep the fun going! Easy to use, good design but it does add a little weight to the remote if that bothers you. The kids don’t seem to mind. Very convenient!

Usually I stream for double digits hours with my PS5 console. Most of thevi have to end the due to a dead controller. Now i can keep going with this battery pack. I just finished 9 hours stream. Thanks to this battery pack. With the slim design it's not blocking my fingers from any of the buttons. Like the other battery pack it's not wide.

Works as advertised. Need a quick charge in the middle of a game. No problem. Works well for a half of a charge in longer sessions. I like that you can charge the battery and the controller at the same time. Would buy again.

This thing literally worked EXACTLY as the customer who said it only worked properly 2× and now shows error even while charging. Same story here!! Im assuming a refund wont be available since time/ window closed but customer service should replace a defective item like this or not sell it at all! Its basically fresh out of the box!!

Doesn't charger control just keeps it from dying
