I bought it a size large. Good thing as it is very tight. Purchased for kayaking. Having my arms bent for a few hours leads to deep red lines on my forearm. I wear an XL. Should have bought a 3X at least.Overall quality seems good. Only used a couple of times, but it is holding up so far.
