I need some extra Omegas in my diet and this fits the bill. There is NO aftertaste and I find these go down more easily than capsules. They never get stuck in my throat. I am fairly certain they do what I need them to do. I wasn't able to track any progress with them when I first started taking them, so not sure. I take them AM/PM. I may start taking them mid-day as well and if that makes a difference I'll follow up my review.
