Pendant very dumb
It is important to note that the pendant part of this system DOES NOT have an audio link to the response centre. If you pressed its alarm in the garden, you'd get no audio feedback that you had done this, and the conversation would be instigated at the base unit in the hall, and if you were out of earshot, the process would escalate. The lack of reassurance that help is on its way, and the inability to cancel false alarms at a distance means this product was useless for me, and I had to return it Other SureSafe products do have pendants with audio links
