This waist pack is exactly what I needed. I like to keep my hands free while walking and it holds everything with plenty of room but not over burdensome (if that makes sense). I didn't realize it also includes an attachment that goes over the top of the water bottle to keep it snug and secure. The zipper pouch is flat (which I wanted) but holds many additional items. I usually wear cordless headphones but I love the well made opening for ear bug cord if needed. The pack is well made, plenty of adjustment in the waist and has another opening on the left side which I stuff a roll of doggie bags in. I would recommend this to anyone walking or jogging and would buy again. Super fast shipping also.

This is really a great belt for the price. I was able to fit my bottle and loop a couple of items onto it for walking my dog. so, I'm pleased. However, I will say that I've only used it so far for walking my dog (but I take her for long walks). Will update this review if I use this for jogging.
