Ubiquinol - Kaneka QH®Pure Encapsulation (150MG) High Potency (150 Softgels) Naturally Fermented Reduced Form of Active CoQ10.

My husband and I take 'Ubiquinol' daily. We have bought this particular brand for some time now, because of the quality, high potency, no taste, easy to swallow and reasonable cost. We intend to keep to this brand for all these reasons.

I have used Ubiquinol as I understand that the Statins I have to take reduce the good elements of cholesterol as well as the bad. The theory is that Ubiquinol helps the body produce the good cholesterol only. The blood tests I have regularly indicate that levels of bad cholesterol have declined and the good element are stable, if not slightly increased, so I hope that this is due to the supplements that I take. I also take PQQ as this is also documented as and aide to cholesterol control.

It has 150 tablets inside and for use one per day. I got it today 5/4/21 and expire date is 9/7/21. So it expires before finishing the tablets. This is unacceptable. It is £68 at Amazon and the company website sells it £65. Luckily , I bought it from Amazon and I am returning it back straight away.

coq10 is beneficial in energy production and heart health, coq10 is fat soluble and its best if you take it with some fat, my energy levels have increased and I feel a increase in mental sharpness, ill reorder as its the best coq10 out there, make sure its Ubiquinol as its the active form.
