I am ordering another set of three ...
... for my six-year-old grandson as he graduates virtual kindergarten and moves into the first grade next year. These journals are top-notch for first-time printers. I was very surprised at how pleased he was with these composition notebooks. I have another pack of three in my Amazon cart to put away for next school year. I feel these were a solid purchase and will serve my grandson well as he continues to master the art of printing.

Great journal for new writers to practice in.
I got these journals for my 5yo in kindergarten when I discovered he had been avoiding doing sentences at school due to fear of making mistakes.These journals are great in that they have space at the top to draw a picture, and then there's a dotted red line for practicing proper letter formation, or however it's called. I had him write in the journal under my eyes each day. His writing skills substantially improved, and more importantly, his comfort with writing improved as well.

Fun for kids!
My son’s 1st grade teacher uses these for daily writing at school, he kept asking for me to buy home one for home, but I couldn’t find them in stores locally. He was thrilled to get them and uses them all the time.

Love these, my daughter’s teacher is using in class but we will use at home
I really liked these, my daughter’s teacher sent us a picture of the journal they wanted us to send to school so the kids could practice their writing and draw a picture in the same page. We are going to use these at home as well since we love them so much.
