So glad I bought this. The bar is thick and the grips are tough. It's more durable than it appears in the photos. Gym quality. The center spins freely around the axis on the one I received. No resistance as reported by some of the other reviewers. Most importantly, the width is perfect for rows, allowing me to bring the bar all the way back to my chest. I have a straight bar that is just about the same width, but using the double overhand grip puts too much stress on my elbows with heavier weight. This bar allows me to use a neutral grip which feels much more natural. Great product at a decent price. Well worth it.

Many people have been affected by the country going into lockdown, and one of the repercussions was that all my local gyms closed. I've been contemplating and finally bit the bullet and decided to build a home gym so I have a place to work out at during this whole quarantine. One of my purchases included a squat rack and cable attachments.I needed a row attachment and went with this CAP Barbell "Multi-Exerciser" attachment. I use these primarily for cable rows, but you can also used these for curls and cable tricep extensions.Overall, the product is great, sturdy and good for the price. Especially when everyone is trying to price gouge you during these times.The one thing you might have to do is lubricate the revolving hanger. It's a little squeaky out of the box, but nothing a bit of WD-40 can't fix.

The hinges are solid. The bar is solid. However the rubber is a bit thin and in small areas does not cover the grip area. But for the price I say do it. It is a fully functional piece of equipment that will not break. If you want pretty this rubber handles then drop and extra $20-50 but I like this item. I did not even try to return it, for me it was no big deal.

Smells really bad and mine is defective -- the revolving part only goes partway because it's deformed, it should be able to do a 360 like other revolving cable attachments. Judging by the reviews here and my own experience with it, I would avoid this model, there are issues that shouldn't even be issues because of no apparent quality control. Also, I agree with Scott in another review, no bearings, so it's metal on metal (of course you have to add something like lithium grease, but it will still squeak.) What a waste of time for everyone; myself, amazon and UPS.Shame on CAP for selling this junk.It's going back.

Really good quality bar. feels really solid and the grips are really nice. a lot better than what I was expecting. definitely worth getting at this price range. my only complaint is that the rotating attachment part doesn't move smoothly, it gets snagged at certain spots, but I used some wd-40 silicone lubricant and it was fine.

Okay, I am a firm believer in reading good reviews and the ones that are bad. I have to be honest and say that many times when I read reviews It is obvious that retail shops/competitors or retail distributors order certain product so their reviews are "verified purchase" and they can leave negative remarks to attempt to keep people from ordering the same quality on Amazon. With that said this is an AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME PRODUCT! It is the EXACT piece of equipment you'll find in commercial gyms such as LA Fitness, 24hr Fitness or any other big box commercial gym. If you are looking for commercial quality then lol no further as this product is for you!

Quality product

This bar attachment looks like it was used for 10 yrs then shipped to my house!!! It appears to be a solid product but for some ridiculous reason covered in dirt!!!! If it was new I would give it 5 stars now I am just wondering if I should send it back.

The price is cheap and it's built cheap. Had to get a replacement because the first one was in awful shape, the handles had holes in them, it was dirty, the metal was worn. The replacement one was is better shape, but still didn't look brand new, has wear marks on it. The handle doesn't rotate smoothly. It smells awful, like gasoline and plastic.
