As soon as this came I immediately started dusting all my walls and got all the cobwebs off! I have a 20 foot entry and was able to climb a few steps on the ladder, get all the window ledges there as well. I should have taken a before and after photo. These winter months you see and notice everything! Definitely worth the money. It is so easy to use and works well!

Good product, but pole extended is a little flimsy.

Metal was thin and uses plastic connectors. It wouldn’t have lasted in my house. Returned.
