I ordered the 3-pk, 5+10+15min, and the item was delivered promptly. But in the envelope, only the 5-min hour glass was in it. It's a nice size hour glass for kids, but I did notice some blemishes on the silver-colored part as well. Unfortunately I will have to return this and ordered elsewhere.
