The third soap dispenser that I got.I am just replacing one that looks exactly like this one. However, the old one only lasted ten months.Get the cheapest that you can, expending more money will not guarantee you better quality. All of these soap dispensers look the same, and regardless of the brand; they are manufactured by the same factory.Let me explain you the issue with the soap dispensers, the sensors, and electronic circuits tend to corrode with time, the effect of the humidity and the detergent vapors will damage the electronics boards, and that is the reason why they do not last.However, I need the soap dispenser, and I find them useful. So I needed to find a solution.I open the old one that was no longer operational, and I examined all internal components and where the corrosion has taken place.What I did with this new one, is that after I open the box, I proceed to test it with just plain water, after I confirmed that it was operational, I continued to take it apart.I coated all electronic boards with clear nail polish paint, making them resistant to the humidity and corrosion, I also coated the cable welding sat the motor, the battery terminal, and the sensors weldings. Just make sure you do not coat the terminal cables connectors.Hopefully this one should last much longer

The soap dispenser works as expected. It is easy to set up, and we like the feature that the volume is adjustable. One feature we wish that the product had is that instead of needing conventional batteries, the dispenser could be recharged. But had the the dispenser had this feature, it would have been much more expensive.

Liked how it was automatic (but then and again, who doesn't?) but especially how it reacted fast without broken sensors. Absolutely hate it when soap dispensers have half broken sensors. Also dispenses our a reasonable amount, not too much not not too less. Put it in the master's bathroom but I think I'll definitely be putting this in other bathrooms soon!

I was really excited to receive the soap dispenser. I put the batteries in and pours soap into the opening. I ran my hand across the sensor once twice.... ten, twelve times..The red light turns on and I can hear it trying to pump. But nothing. I get maybe a drop every ten to twelve hand swipes.Super mad-_-

Me gusto mucho el dispensador, pero, por cosas que suceden normalmente en la vida funciono una vez y dejo de hacerlo, lo devolví y ahora estoy comprando otro, quizás tenga mas suerte con esta compra, me gusta el tamaño y la forma de dispensar, la atención con la devolución fue de primera. No tengo queja.

My family and I really liked this product when we first got it. I heard to change the batteries within a week, but that was probably my fault for not turning it off between uses.. which I find defeats the purpose of having a touchless dispenser. It worked great for about 2 weeks and we used it often. It stopped working after 2 weeks. I changed the batteries again, but that wasn't the problem- the dispenser never worked again. Bummer! It was brilliant while it lasted.

This purchase was very disappointing. The batteries were easy to install and the soap somewhat easy to pour in and close the lid, however, the unit only worked less than week. The batteries were brand new that were installed but tried replacing them anyway and it still didn't work. The few days it worked, I was not able to regulate the amount of soap dispensed as indicated in the instructions. I don't recommend this product at all. Definitely a waste of money.

I have been looking for a soap dispenser that works, but also that didn’t look cheap. This soap dispenser is very much self explanatory, it has an on/off button and has different soap dispensing setting, which can be changed at any given time. The off button can also help by keeping little ones from playing with it. It carries a great amount of soap and does the job. I recommend it to anyone.
