Faulty parts unhelpful customer service
The delivery was on time but the waste and overflow cover do not go well with this style, they look cheap and poor quality. On top they sent me a round overflow cover when the sink one is rectangular. Plumbers visit was wasted when they came to fit but they charged call out. On reporting this is the response I received:Jan 24, 15:24 GMTGood Afternoon,Thank you for your response.Unfortunately, we do not offer compensation, the sink and its parts should have been checked on delivery to ensure all parts are there ready for your plumber.
