These extenders work great for what I need them for and the price was good. Some describe them as "cheap," but I really can't complain because of the price.The only thing that I did not expect was the size of the links in the chains. They are a bit larger than they appear in the picture, so if they are going to be seen on your necklace (such as with short hair), you may want to take this into consideration. Wish they would put a photo up for size comparison!

They charged me $3.98 for shipping and handling on a package that cost .88 to mail. If they wanted to charge $3 to "handle" their product then it should be in the initial cost. This is pretty disappointing. The product is a pretty cheap product anyway (see previous review about it breaking on first day on some woman) so if they want to build in $2 to "handle" the product that's fine. HOWEVER, this is bad business to jack up the price so high on something that was so cheap to distribute and mail. This will be the last time I order from them.

These are very cheap, both ways. They aren't the best quality, but the price is LOW. The hearts that dangle from them are cheesy to me, but they will serve the purpose I need them for. I wasn't expecting greatness as the price is near nothing, so I'm not unhappy, I got exactly what I was expecting. If you need an extender that won't show, or don't mind the big cheesy look, these are super.

I bought this product last year because I had a bracelet I wanted to wear that was a bit too small. Did the job great! However, they're very delicate, so be careful! I think I accidentally broke or damaged one of my extenders, but I'm at fault for that, not Serenity Crystals, Inc.! Also, delivery was FAST, which was especially appreciated, as I needed to be able to wear my bracelet for a concert. ;)Great product, I recommend buying these! :)

Not sure about this product. The quality will depend on whether the metal turns colors over the next several months. They are heavy, and I like the 3 different lengths. Don't need two each. They could sell one each and cut the price. Also, the lobster claw on the end to attach it to the necklace is pretty small and will not fit every chain. At this point, I'm on the fence with this product.

The links are quite large and do not match any chains that I own. I will not be able to use the extenders and wear my hair up as you must hide the unsightly extenders. They do what they are intended for, but nothing more. Also, shipping was shown as 88cents, but I paid almost $4? That seems a little ridiculous.

Turns out when you buy a 9" anklet, that's how long the anklet is, it's not to fit a 9" ankle. Whoops, duh. I have lovely tapering calves, not cankles at all, but I guess when you start with as large a calf as I have, even a pretty taper is not enough to give you "normal" sized ankles...

Ive read some of the reviews for this product before I bought it and I see why they were complaining about the chains not matching any of there necklaces well thats true but so what who cares the necklace is going to be at the back of your kneck anyways but other than that these chains do the job and I had mine for over a month a I use it a lot on a juicy couture necklace I have and it works great oh and it comes with three chains of different lengths going from short to long and I use the middle one the most
