Works but older dovetail can be a problem
I own one for a Savage model 64, a newer design. Works ok on that, can just see the iron through the peek. Bought a second for my Savage model 24, older over under design, and it won't fit 😭. The barrel top is too rounded. It's a solid riser/ adapter but it just didn't fit my specific needs that well.
