ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE - An introduction to Holistic and Integrative Therapies

This disk contains so much valuable information I am going to have to watch it many more times than just once. There are six people on this video who are giving information from their knowledge which is obtainable from no other source. I have not read any books like this with so much information about alternative medicine collected in one spot. I can highly recommend this DVD to anybody eager to learn more about an alternative approached to health.

The DVD was difficult to navigate around but the content was good. Lots of great information on many alternative medicine option. Just wish I could play just one and not all of them when you choose.

The video is something you might show to a 3rd grade health class with such gems as "get rest" and "don't eat too much sugar"...truly enlightening dvd is glitchy right out of the box also
