They do the job they are intended for - give you a workout. If you're new to resistance band exercises, spend some time looking through different options with regard to the kind of moves you can do and the muscles impacted to get the most out of your workout. I really like the versatility of this tool for training upper and lower muscles. It holds up well, easy to travel with and it is easy to use.

I will admit I do not use them as often as the physical therapist has asked me to. That said they are still going strong and have not frayed. The handles are still in 1 piece after a significant amount use. The colors haven't faded as yet and I have owned them for awhile. There are certain products I feel you need to use for a while before writing a review, this would be 1 of those.

Working out great, I have used them almost daily for about 1yr 6mth and no issue. Can do many exercises with these and easy to put up and take down.

Used in gyms and therapy its great to keep resistance strength in those arms and legs!
