Will recommend again and again! So happy with this product once more. It IS worth every penny.Original review October 2018: I randomly found this on Amazon after doing extensive research and thought I would give it a shot because of the great reviews. Prior to this, I was using Bio Oil but could not stand the strong smell after using almost the entire container. I began using Amar around week 28 of pregnancy and it has not disappointed. I mostly have white lighter stretch marks on my thighs and one darker mark. The darker mark has lighten up but the lighter ones have not gone away but after reading the description from the seller I didn’t expect those to. However, I am currently 36+5 weeks and I have not have any new stretch marks develop (knock on wood!) so far.Pros:• It smells amazing and is not overpowering like Bio Oil was.• Helps tremendously with the annoying itching.• I apply it at night after I shower and when I wake up in the morning I can still feel some product on my stomach so it helps moisture for as long as they claim (sometimes I apply to just certain areas in the morning that tend to itch during the day).• So far, I have not had any new stretch marks develop. However, I started at an average weight and have only gained 15 pounds so far so I may have just gotten lucky as my stomach is not that big. o With that being said, I just wanted to note that in the past, I have been VERY prone to stretch marks.Cons:• THE PRICE. I loved this product after I ordered it the first time but once the other costs of having a baby as a FTM came in it was extremely difficult to justify spending almost $50 on lotion. However, I added two to my Baby Registry and when I used my completion discount (15%) I ordered these for myself as well. Still expensive but I didn’t want to go without them!• Each container lasts only about a month, even if you use it sparingly like I do. If you use this religiously (once a day) expect to budget $50 a month on this product. I would love to see a larger container and/or a discount if you buy a few at one time maybe!Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who is pregnant and looking to prevent stretch marks!

I was using a different product religiously throughout my pregnancy. My stretch marks didn’t develope until week 35... then BAM! I couldn’t find a spot on my stomach without stretch marks. I used mederma and couldn’t see any results. Then I found Amar randomly, and the reviews sounded promising. I started using on 9/4. The result picture was taken on 9/27. I used this product as directed.The cream: very thick, almost resembles crisco in texture. The smell is very pleasant! I found that if I took a hot shower, and then applied the cream, it spreads very nicely. The absorption is pretty good. I put it on one morning, then had lunch outside in the afternoon when the temps were high 80s and the lotion leaked out of my skin, so would only recommend to put on before bed.The results: my stretch marks do not look as harsh and my skin feels buttery smooth.Overall: I will continue to use and see if my results keep getting better. The smell is very nice, and not over powering. The natural ingredients and the product being vegan are very important to me! Receiving 4 stars for the price. Due to the amount of stretch marks I have - belly, sides, thighs from inner leg all the way to my knees, and breasts- one container lasts a little over a month and $47 a month for stretch mark cream is not within my families budget unfortunately. I will use for another 3 weeks (if my container lasts that long) and update result pictures!

I have received this item for helping with the stretch marks at I have post babies. I have marks on my hips and belly.When opening, it has a beautiful smell. I am not a fan of big smelly lotions but this has a pleasant clean small flower scent.The texture is that of a body butter. At first I applied too much and found out quickly that a little goes a long ways. This product will last me months.I have been using this product after showering. I have occasionally used it after workouts too.Although this product is made for woman to help NOT get stretch marks I have been noticing that it is nurturing my skin and helping with getting it back to a healthier skin level. My stretch marks are not gone but I have noticed that they are not sticking out as noticeable as they have been.I would show a picture, however I am self conscious of my belly-so I am sorry for that-But compared to the products on the shelf with high chemicals this is a product you need to at least give a try- smells great, amazing ingredients and getting results! Your skin is so worth it!

I came across Amar during one of my recent searches for a new beauty cream. I am fortunate and don't have stretch marks but I have noticed as I have gotten older that my skin is not as firm as it once was. I loved the packaging and after reading that it is organic and a vegan based formula, I knew I had to try it. If it worked on stretch marks why wouldn't it work on my aging skin. I love the smell of Amar and I love the way it makes my skin feel. I have been using after showering on the inside of my upper arms and also on my hands as a night cream. I have been using the cream for about 4 weeks now and I can see a huge difference. My skin on my arms looks and feels tighter and less crepey and I have noticed the age spots on my hands have really started to fade! This is a fantastic product and I will definitely be purchasing it again!

I am so glad I purchased this product. From day one is has been so effective at helping sooth my skin! It's buttery soft and a little goes a long ways. I put this on my belly and back after a shower and at the end of the day my skin is still moisturized. I had been looking for something to help with dryness/itchiness as I'm 7 months pregnant and this has lived up to the hype! The can it comes in is also very stylish and could be used again for something else after using the full thing!
