Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift!! He ABSOLUTELY LOVES EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! This came as expected and on time everything described in pic I received!! The video quality is amazing and unreal!!! Everything is very sturdy and good quality!!! The only bummer thing we had was it didn't hold his iPad 4 to big but it would hold my iPad mini and our iPhones 6 plus!!! Other than that this product is AMAZING AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Purchased my Phantom 3 Advanced and flew it with no problems for about 6 flights. On the second day of flying the new drone, the string from the supplied prop guards broke and and stopped one of the motors. This resulted in a uncontrolled crash from 200 feet and now a drone that had the camera break off, twisted the frame of the drone to even bend the battery pack that was inside the drone. I am trying to figure out what to so with it now. Nothing like spending $1200 on something and having one of the items meant to protect the unit cause the crash. Drone was great, but now at a loss.

came in exactly as described, no missing parts, but you don't need KOOZAM HEADLIGHT, KOOZAM LIGHT STRIP which will make your drone more ugly and potential fire hazard, for the future buyers! Updating remote controller firmware needs to connect with your iPhone or smart phone first, using sandisk and inserting directly to remote port will not update firmware. The drone is very heavier than I thought, and makes a loud prop noise, half the weight less noise might expand battery life. other than that, this drone is the best in terms of stability, reliability, ease of control. I recommend you to buy big back pack, large enough to put without removing propellers, you don't want to remove and assemble every time which I think you will loosen up one of the propeller and blown $1000 in the air. Don't try to fly in small indoor, mine crashed upside down from a feet above the ground but luckily no parts broken and everything works fine. read the manual before fly!! I mean watch you tube, those who hate reading just like I do.

i've always been skeptical about ordering stuff like this from 3rd parties.The drone came super fast. the box was not damaged but it was wrapped in tape along with the accessories.the drone took its first flight today with no issues, super quiet and the features are wonderful.The drone came in with no physical damage, the accessories are great. time to look for a skin for this bad boy.

Yeah I just ordered this set up and it came with everything listed except the backpack, pretty irritated about that. I mean it does list a backpack in the item list after all. Amazon couldn't do anything about it because they weren't the seller. However, it is a great drone.

I received missing one of the two batteries. Once I complained they sent me the battery promptly. Congratulations for after sales service !The Drone flies very well . Sometimes lost for a few seconds communication with the tablet ( Ipad | ) because of wifi interference that scare but reestablishes quickly e automaticly ( 3 or 4 seconds ) .We love it!
