Silipos Heel Cushions Small #4500

this product is nothing like it's advertised to be... it's a 1/4" piece of silicone - that's it. It doesn't help with Plantarfaciitis or any other foot problem. I guess it would work as a lift for a person that wants to be 1/4 inch taller, but it sure doesn't help with foot problems.

These heel pads don't slip and really provide cushion. They make all the difference when I have to do a lot of walking or standing.

I wear a size 7.5 or 8, and these small heel cushions fit well in my dress shoes. Helpful for plantar fasciitis.
