This might be a more financially reasonable alternative for those who can't afford the GLP-1 medications currently sweeping the weight loss world. The taste is okay if you like strawberries and especially kiwi. I've tried drinking this a few times in the evening when I wanted to ensure I didn't overindulge and found it to be somewhat effective at keeping cravings at bay. The cost is high, but it's cheaper than the medicines that require a prescription.

This drink mix has a good flavor, and I like the listed ingredients. I'm not sure that 10 packets are enough to provide any long term affect, but it was a good substitute for other flavored drinks that either have lots of sugar (and therefore, carbs themselves), or lots of fake sweeteners. The individual packets are easily portable, so you can stay on track and have your pre-meal drink even if you're away from home.

Sure it tastes good. I will give them that however if you want to vomit violently an hour after you ate then this is for you. I only used this once and after eating a normal meal and taking this to just rid any carbs my tummy bloated up like roadkill. Not long after I was throwing up without stopping. I don’t care to lose weight that way.

The powder dissolves will in water, but maintains a strong taste - you won't need multiple packets to avoid a watered down taste. The kiwi flavor is very strong and unique - I don't think I've tried another mix that had kiwi as a flavor - but it seems pretty true to kiwi fruit.

You’re supposed to mix it with at least 16 oz of water and drink it before your largest meal to help slow carb absorption and reduce cravings. I’ve been taking it in the morning to stay on track. If there’s anything I can do to support my GLP-1 hormones naturally, I’m all for it, and this supplement seems like a great option. My goal is to keep drinking water and this drink to help me feel full longer—so far, so good.

So, I don't think that this curbed my appetite, not any more than just drinking a whole glass of water before dinner does anyways, and I don't think I lost weight or ate any less to be honest, but I don't have any way of measuring any of those outcomes currently. However, I did actually really like the taste! I find strawberry flavoring to often be too artificially sweet, but this was actually delightfully sour, which I loved. I would often drink it post-workout pre-dinner, and it felt like a good post-workout pick me up, just because I liked the taste so much. I honestly felt like I was drinking like a lightened up sour gummy without so much cloying sticky-sweetness, so for that I'm not complaining.
