It used to be that the phone battery would be between 50-80% depending on when I get to charge it at work. I started carrying an external battery, and the cable management was a nightmare.This battery case makes my life a lot easier. It's simple to put on and off, so I keep a regular case at home, another at work, and use this battery case for commuting. Unsurprisingly, my phone battery is at 100% whenever it is that I get to my desk.I've also used it as the only case on weekends; I can easily get 6+ hours of very heavy use. Possibly more, but that's as long as I've had to go without charging.I wish it were even slimmer at the cost of capacity--2-3000mAh would have been fine for me--but this is the smallest battery case for g6 available that I know. Also a bummer you can't use google pay, but that's just the way it is.Built well enough to survive a few drops (unintentionally tested).I have a glass screen protector on, and the case works just fine.

This battery case does what I bought it for...it charges my phone on the go and it is grippy compared to the very slick phone. However, I have some doubts about the protective qualities. The screen is not at all protected by it (so you'll want to buy one separately), but I knew that when I bought it. What somewhat concerns me is the sheer weight of the case and the additional energy of an impact and whether the case would absorb it effectively. I haven't dropped my phone yet, and if/when I do I will try to remember to update about the experience. It is very bulky, but I'm ok with this as I always carried extra batteries for my previous phones...sadly (good) phones with removable batteries seem to have gone the way of the do-do. :-(

So far so good! Just recieved this extended battery case and it was extremely easy to get charged and setup. Assembly is easy and looks to offer good protection for my G6. Fitment is good and snug. The charging function is easy to use, and the LED light lets you know how much charge the case still has remaining. I also like that the case doesn't add too much weight or heft to the device. I haven't noticed any drawbacks yet but will update my review accordingly shoild any arise!

So I recently got my hands on the Lg G6 battery charging case. I've waited to post my review of the product before actually using it for some time. Now my initial thoughts about this case was that it's a great idea. I remember waiting for hours at Barnes and Nobles for my ride years ago while my phone would be on the verge of dying out on me so many times. This really would've came in handy.First off the packaging is nice and simple. Doesn't give off the impression that you're getting some cheap product.The battery case itself has a nice weight to it. Not as much as I thought it would but more than your typical phone case. Along with the weight, it does beef up the phone so it's not as slim. Both aspects were expected so I'm not disappointed by any means.I compared the rate it charges my phone to your standard wall charger and I noticed the case charging a bit faster. Still need to test it out a bit more but I noticed an improvement. I can't say for certain that everyone will experience this though because maybe it's just me.I have to say the convenience the battery case provides is simply great. I've thought about purchasing a portable charger, and still plan on getting one, but it's the thought of having to deal with the wire and the charger itself. With the battery case, I don't have to worry about any of that.Personally, there are only a few aspects that I noticed that could be improved. For one, the top ring that clicks onto the main part of the case securing the phone in place. When snapping it in place, my screen protector lifted up quite a bit. I know there are screen protectors designed to work with cases, but now it's just a means of finding one that works out.Another would be the texture of the case. It's really nice and smooth but! Considering your phone is inside of it, it does pose as a risk if you aren't careful enough. However, it could be easily solved with a pop socket. Again, texture is nice but maybe part of it can be changed on the sides and perhaps a portion on the back to break it up and offer a better grip.This is definitely a solid product. I don't have to worry about carrying anything else to make sure I can still operate my phone. It's literally as easy as swapping cases and I'm good to go. There's room for improvement, but I myself am happy with it, and would recommend it others.

The case is as advertised. It's a nearly perfect case from my perspective. Although the description says it doesn't provide a fast charge I was impressed with how quickly it did charge. With 25% left on the phone, the case charged the phone back to 100% in less than two hours on multiple occasions. I was using the phone as it was charging during all of those occasions. It's very convenient to be able to use the existing cable with the case on. It charges both the phone and the case with your original cable. The case feels well made and is comfortable to hold. It's not slippery and I never feel like I am going to drop it. It certainly makes the phone much thicker and heavier but that is to be expected. There were a few things they kept it from being the perfect case for me. The case provides no protection to the front glass screen. It says this in the description and that may be preferable to some people. I would prefer it to have had a lip that protected the phone if it dropped or slid on its face. Although the fingerprint button isn't blocked, it is harder to get to than I would ideally like. It's not horrible, it's just not as good as I would like. The last issue is that the microphone holes do not line up perfectly on the top and bottom of the phone. The bottom is nearly lined up but about half of the microphone is blocked on the top. It didn't seem to make a difference in use though.
