Using Osmo I've never cramped. Hydration works for me
I've tried numerous Osmo products. My personal favorite is the lemon/lime active recovery, but the others work for me as well. I first tried it for cycling as that's where I came across the product. As said, I've never cramped when drinking Osmo, even if I go on long rides (>40 miles). Love the taste and it's not too sweet, which I like. In the meantime I also use it for other sports, not just cycling. On long haul flights I also bring some on the plane and mix it with water so that I don't dehydrate. Love this stuff.

No flavor
Used as directed a few times now. Wanted to give a fair chance. No flavor. Unfortunately no returns. Waste of money

Expensive, but it works well
This stuff is expensive compared to alot of hydration mixes, but it goes down easy and hydrates well. May be expensive, but Peter Sagon uses it, so I thought I'd give it a try. Has not made me ready for the Tour de France yet.

Tastes great and works too!
I do a daily routine of stretching and exercises for almost 90 minutes to help manage my disability from back injuries and fibromyalgia, and this truly helps me do so more consistently. It even sometimes helps stave off my occasional migraines!

Taste is okay
Aftertaste is not good at all. Otherwise it should at least give needed electrolytes.

Perfect for staying hydrated during my basketball games
I play full court basketball 4 times a week and always bring a large container of water. I add 1-2 scoops to the water and drink at end of games, game breaks, etc. Very helpful to stay hydrated and with energy
