This is exactly what I wanted. I ordered 1 to see the quality & beauty of it. I will be ordering the rest if the set. Heads up if you buy the set it's cheaper.

I love love love this but it's on the expensive side but great for gift

Its a great cup. It holds liquids. You can then proceed to drink them. Then you start over, pour more liquid in, and then drink it once more. The colors are nice to look at. The silver bits perfectly reflect the color of the tea I drink out of it. My only complaint is that the box it comes in has a fake velvet material that leaves a bunch of little yellow fibers all over the cup. Make sure you wash the cup with boiling water thoroughly before use to avoid drinking the weird little fibers. I originally planned to store the cup in the box while not using it, but I don't want to wash these fibers off every time I use it. Would be nice if they figured out a better material which sheds less for the inside of that box so it can be used in a convenient and practical way instead of just being an overly engineered display piece for the trash dump.

This was gorgeous, but it’s doll sized. More like a sake cup than one for tea.

The media could not be loaded.  I did not upload my unboxing video in the proper place the first time so I am doing it again under the product review section. we are an avid tea drinkers and when we were in Taiwan visiting a tea shop and they had various tea set on display by YHT and they were very nice but a little bit out of our price range; so we end up only getting couple of tea cups as gifts. So we were actually very surprised to discover YHT also being listed on Amazon here; one interesting about this tea cup that some metallic minerals were added to the clay and the tea cup is actually heavier then most traditional chinese tea cups; and coating is also quite shinny; you can use it as display items for your house if needed; very nice product and packaged very well!

I had bought some Tenmokus cups and had been a little disappointed at first because some of the details in some of the cups are very subtle and require just the right light to show them off to full advantage. Then I saw this cup, (the Water version), and noted how it was significantly less expensive than a Tenmokus, so I thought I'd give it a try. Silly me, I didn't take note of the size. When it arrived, I had to laugh. It was tiny! Think saki rather than tea. It is beautiful but not particularly useful. If you're looking for a display piece that doesn't take up a lot of room, this should do nicely, because the one I received really is quite nice to look at. However, if you're looking for something useful, something that fits solidly in your hand, look elsewhere. In the picture, Tenmokus' Nebula is on the left and the Yan Hou Tang Water is on the right, with a U.S. quarter to give you an idea of scale.

It's an absolutly beautiful cup but for decoration or smaller portion sizes.

I have ordered every version of these beautiful tea cups that I can find ... and if more versions become available, I will buy those too! They're wonderful ... the depth of the colors make them beautifully translucent. It's important to note for prospective buyers - as hand created works of art, there are slight variations in each one so it's best to use the pictures in the listings as examples - yours will look different. Nevertheless, you will be very happy ... they are stunning. I noticed that if I shine my small flashlight into the piece, an explosion of color and light are reflected back. I love 'em ... Thanks.

This is adorable! I had some black tea in it and it was perfect to have smaller portions and I have to say, good choice. It is smaller than I thought it would be but can’t complain too much! It’s cute
