I love these noodles!They cook really fast. Definitely cool them off with running water and toss it in olive or sesame oil so it stops cooking and doesn't stick into a solid mass of noodle. Good warm and cold.I don't know how to describe their flavor but it's different than plain pasta. Obviously great with Asian dishes. Not ideal with spaghetti sauce.Try them and see if they're your thing.

These were purchased for one of our daughters who prefers Ramen noodles without the seasonings!I have been more than pleased with these noodles b/c if there are any leftovers, the noodles re-heat well the next day! :) There is a large quantity for the money, and totally worth it! :) Highly recommend!

I love these light noodles, they cook up fast and are much lighter than regular noodles.

I can't get the fresh noodles where I live, so I was so happy to find these. They are quick-cooking and are perfect for making jjajangmyun at home.

The kan cha jang I wanted has rounded noodles like ramen/ spaghetti. These noodles are flat and thin, like fettuccini noodles. I would not buy these again, personally.

I don't like the product. It doesn't taste like jjajangmyeon noodles. After cooking it like instructed, the noodles are just too watery. No chewy-ness and the sauce just glides off the noodles.
