Q: Do you have a list of inkjet/officeJet printers that work best with your product, or maybe a listing of printers to avoid?

Any inkjet printer will work. I use a Canon This product will not work with laser printers

Q: Does it work for dry fit shirts?

This depends on the material of your dry fit shirt. These types of shirts are typically 100% polyester and may not handle high heat well. Refer to the care instructions on the shirt to see if it can handle hot ironing. Our transfers work best on 100% cotton or a cotton/poly blend material due to the nature in which they get applied to the fabric. They require a high heat from either an iron or a heat press to adhere to the fabric. With other fabrics and material, if you use such a high heat, you will most likely ruin the fabric, or the low heat required for that fabric will not be enough to properly apply the transfer.

Q: Do you have to create a mirror image for what you want to print?

You do not need to create a mirror image when using the dark fabric transfers; only when using the white/light fabric transfers is the mirror image needed. Thank you! PrintWorks Customer Service

Q: Is this vinyl? i’m having a hard time finding the word vinyl in any of the description. do i need cricut? will there be a visible border?

Hi, No, it is not a vinyl fabric transfer. You do not need a cricut to use our transfers. You my cut out your design by hand after printing with an inkjet printer. As for Cricut use, our transfers do work in desktop die-cutting machines. We recommend laying transfer on the cutting mat image side up and have the paper type set to cardstock to ensure the transfer is cut all the way through. On the dark t-shirt transfer, the background is opaque so there will be a visible white background. Please see video for dark t-shirt below.
