Diplomático Mautuano. Price to performance masterpiece.
I bought a bottle of the Diplomático Mautuano on a whim and I'm very glad I did. Caramel fruits, dried berries and baking spices come through strongly on both the nose and the palette. Not overly sweet which is a huge plus for me. The finish is velvety smooth and the fruit notes linger nicely. Incredibly moreish, you could get deep into a bottle in one sitting quite easily.
