Rtaneey Ultrasonic Pest Repeller Electronic 360° Coverage - Indoor Safety (White)

After hearing something scuttling around in the suspended ceiling at my office (and subsequently funding chewed cables) I thought that I'd give this a go. I've seen the ones that plug in the wall like a small mains adaptor before but this one looked more substantial.The unit itself feels well built and also has the benefit of a figure of 8 mains lead, so placement is far more flexible than a mains socket unit. The instructions are reasonably easy to follow (the translations could do with some work) and it was up and running pretty quickly. It runs automatically through all of its modes apart from the vibration mode (mechanical wave) which you turn on/off separately. The only downside to that one is that it's actually audible - you wouldn't want this in the vicinity of a room that is used or it would drive you around the bend. It's like a buzzer sounding every couple of seconds! Likely very effective but too much for an office environment.It's been running for a couple of weeks now and we've not heard any further activity so hopefully looks like this has successfully done the job.

Did its stuff for about six weeks and then died -- no more light, no sound. I emailed the seller at the address indicated on the accompanying leaflet two days ago, and have received no reply.

Tried it out over a period of weeks. Noticed no change in Rodent activity. There was no proof that it was doing anything. Eventually after catastrophic damage to my home electrics I contacted a pest control firm. They put down poison. Problem for the moment is resolved. It cost me quite a lot to have my home electrics repaired.

Will blend in very well, the only problem is it stopped working. The first one is working fine my dog is scared of mice and it works brilliantly. I will have a look at it over the weekend.

seems to work , no more mice since buying !annoys me if selecting the noise option , so sure it will annoy the mice

Instruction leaflet could be better. This unit also has an additional feature so that it emits an intermittent beep, this is useful when you can leave it to beep. Wouldn't advise using unless you can close off the room, it will be annoying. It appears to work. Only time will tell if it does keep rodents out.

We used this for a few weeks and are not convinced it worked.

Didn’t seem to work, definitely wouldn’t buy it again
