Does exactly what it should!
This definitely gets rid of those annoying little specks of iron on both body work and alloys. On my white car you can see the spray working within seconds with the specks turning into pink streaks where the chemicals are removing the spec. Literally leave it a minute and wash off with the hose, really easy to use. On some it needed a second spray but it's really quick. I probably did use too much as I literally just sprayed the whole car, not all in one go, I would recommend doing a panel at a time. Due to my over enthusiastic use I think I used 3/4 of the bottle so next time I wash I will use more sparingly to see if I get the same results and if not I will just buy a bigger bottle that maybe works out more economical. I can't afford £8 fallout remover per wash!! But thay said, very good product. Weird smell which stays with you even though I wore protective gloves.....

Amazing fallout rust wheel cleaner
What a result, first time using the GTECHNIQ wheel and paint cleaner , easy to use follow instructions I used it as on bottle thick purple solution followed after 5 minutes hosed the wheel down job done , well done and highly recommended

Surpasses Auto Glym easily. 75% Effective but stubborn brake dust needs far more effort to remove.
I purchased this product to address (and hopefully) remove the accumulation of brake dust on my alloy wheels. The final result was more of a mixed result than i had hoped for. However, overall, it demonstrated approximately 75% effectiveness in removing the brake dust, significantly enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the wheels. The cleaner proved effective on the majority of surface contaminants; however, it did not entirely eliminate all traces of brake dust, particularly in more stubborn regions, but it was a speedy process and surpassed Auto Glym products I have used. While this product performs commendably and represents a valuable asset in car maintenance, it is essential to acknowledge that minor residue may persist even after application. Users seeking a comprehensive cleaning solution may need to supplement the product's use with additional considerable manual effort.Nevertheless, I would recommend this cleaner for its general efficacy and ease of application, making it a worthwhile addition to one’s vehicle care regimen, as I have stated, it far surpasses Auto Glym. The application is easy with the spray on attachment and little leakage of the product occurs. You easily use up around half of the bottle on fairly crusty wheels and whilst they are significantly better by the end, lots more work is still required to get them looking really good.

Very impressed
Picture this, your Rotiforms gleaming in the sunlight, the W6 worked its magic. It’s like a spa day for your wheels, melting away brake dust and iron fallout. No elbow grease required, When that dark purple hue appears on contact, it’s like the W6 saying, “Hey, I got this!” It’s oddly satisfying, After rinsing, your wheels feel smoother than a jazz sax solo. Seriously, you’ll want to stroke them (but maybe not in public).Remember that showroom-fresh look? Well, the W6 brings it back. Your car will turn heads, and your wheels will steal the spotlight. So, fellow car enthusiast, keep those Rotiforms rolling and let the W6 do its thing.Absolutely the best wheel cleaner I have ever used.

Superb product
Can’t believe how good this stuff is, spray on wheels leave for 5 minutes then pressure jet off .. fantastic results my oxidised wheels are like brand new.. the product is strong so gloves and eye protection is definitely required… I will definitely be using this product again.. used about 1/3 of it to treat heavily oxidised wheels, I should get about another three applications out of the bottle to keep on top of the situation..

Works well but no way near enough to throughly decon a car,
You need atleast 2 bottles of this to do a decent job.

I am Iron Man
The media could not be loaded. Due to lockdown , I’ve recently become a bit of a car detailing nerd to pass the boredom of staying home at weekends. After doing a little research on products such as G-Techniq , Auto Finesse , Maguiars , Bilt Amber and many others , and watching endless videos on YouTube on how to do it properly (JP Details are the best videos) I thought I’d go the whole hog and detail my car properly and decided that G-Techniq was the product to go for , as that seems to be a popular choice for most professional detailers , but I was always a little reluctant about iron removers.Yeah , sure it works fine on alloys , but paintwork? Is it really necessary?Am I wasting my money buying more than I need?As it turns out , it was completely necessary and not a waste of money , as after I cleaned my car (for the 10th time this week) I thought I’d done a pretty good job , but spraying this stuff on you can see just how much contaminates are still lurking in the paintwork. As like when you spray your alloys , it turns the contaminates a dark purple and I couldn’t believe how peppered my paintwork was with brake dust/road grime even though I’d just washed it , which will no doubt affect the eventual gloss/shine of your car even though you can’t see anything after it’s initial wash.Chances are , even the most fastidious of car washers out there will never have treated their paintwork with an iron fallout. It doesn’t matter how many times you wash your car , you’ll never get rid of this contamination without it.I’ve demonstrated this after the wheel clean in my video with my wife’s car. That being white it’ll show up the contamination more clearly when filming.Bear in mind that before I applied this , I’d jet washed it , snow foamed it , jet washed again, shampooed it and jet washed it a third time just to show you that a decent wash alone won’t get your car thoroughly clean. The main effected areas will be the back and front of your car , but this contamination will be everywhere. Remember , when it rains , all that break dust that’s been gathering on the roads will be kicked up by other vehicles and cover your whole car.Along with G-techniq Tar and Solvent remover (no , I’m not sponsored by G-Techniq) , you’ll notice a huge difference. You only need do this kind of deep decontamination process once a year , usually in the spring , but be warned , this is not for the impatient or those with a sensitive sense of smell , as this stuff stinks like the devils own dump. After cleaning off and applying a decent sealant (G-Techniq Liquid Crystal) the difference is astounding and looked like my car had just come from the factory floor and felt unbelievably smooth to the touch and incredibly hydrophobic. If I had one quibble , it would be that the liquid is too thick to atomise properly to give you a good covering , so you’ll use more than you should. If you have a family sized car like mine , you’ll end up using a whole bottle to fully cover , but as I’ve said , you only need to do this once a year.My advice would be to buy the 5 Litre tub as it works out so much cheaper and spend a couple of quid on a decent spray bottle with an adjustable nozzle , that way you can atomise the liquid better… as much as I like Gtechniq products , their spray bottles are no different to any other brand and leave a lot to be desired.Other than that , it’s brilliant stuff and highly recommended and have now bought the full range of products from G-techniq.Not just for alloys!.

Brilliant wheel cleaner
This stuff is really good, applied liberally to the wheel while dry, left for 3 min then topped it up with prewash to give the wheel a good scrub then power washed the wheel. I prefer this to the mcguire

Really worked
Unfortunately I don’t have the before picture. I had lots of brake rust embedded on the mag, and thought it would be impossible to get out.The product worked miraculously, I did in two tries since the layer of rust was pretty thick. The product smells pretty nasty, definitively some intense chemicals, so make sure to wear gloves and even glasses to protect your eyes in case the scrubbing splashes some detergent in your eyes.It involved lots of scrubbing but worked in the end so definitively worth the effort.Impressed.

Exceeded Expectations!
I saw detailer on YouTube rave about this product so I decided to see if it would work to remove the iron stains on my wife's 2014 Mercedes SUV. No matter how hard I tried to clean around the valve stem and lug nuts, I could not get them clean. After just one spray on, 5 min wait and rinse off, the wheels look almost new. No scrubbing. It just dissolved the iron and brake dust. Works awesome.
