Love my Mypress and their customer service! Always works amazing, after about a year of owning and using pretty consistent I had something happen where after plugging in to heat up and going to grab my parchment paper in the other room and came back and it was shut off and won't turn on, but I contacted the great people of Mypress and they said I just need send a couple pics and order ID and description of problem and I believe they are going to help me get it fixed! MyPress is a great way to go if you're looking to start pressing solventless top quality personal concentrates easy as can be.

Easy to use and feels very durable. Easily fits on a counter top. Wasn't properly adjusted when it came, so I had to use the provided adjustment tool to loosen it a little.

Amazing little press ! Maybe one day I will get a 10 ton but this fits in a small space ! I was surprised on yield from decent quality stuff . 220 at 90 seconds seemed good!. Hopefully it lasts.. seemed high quality and not like a low end one ! I am very picky!I will update if anything happens and how the company handles it ...

I was not impressed with this product at all I sent it back within the first 90 days of owning it because it gave me issues. It was electrical problems. You don't get a lot of product from this item when you use it to make your product you get a very small amount you are portrayed that you get more. It is not very easy to use. If not used correctly you waste your product with it. I would never recommend this product to anybody I still have it and don't use it to this day because it does not I mean does not give you your money's worth out of this product at all I would never recommend this product and I feel I wasted my money on this product I'm extremely dissatisfaction with this product and Company

I was hoping this would be simpler than my available methods. I was excited to receive my item but, upon plugging it in after setting plates up, nothing happened.The bottom button was jammed in and could not click. Clicking the top three buttons resulted in nothing.Now I have a led paper weight that talks via screen when plugged in.CAVEAT EMPTORI will return if the customer service does not fix this ASAP!!!*I spoke with the customer rep that emailed me to check on my product before I received it.The best way that I found to connect with them was via their website chat option.They sorted things out immediately.I will update once the smoke clears.———————-My press is simple and effortless to use. I had to work my times out for my varaibles but, I am having more output with this method than my previous!I would buy another one.

Easy to adjust temperature and clamping pressure. excellent results. A perfect way to access trusted and amazingly clean concentrate. I know where my material came from and the result produces the cleanest results I’ve ever had.
