These decadent chocolates were created for Gordon Ramsey's menu at Claridge's in 2002 and since then have become a firm favourite among chocolate lovers. A rich, oozing liquid salted caramel centre is the hidden delight at the centre of each of these milk and dark chocolate truffles. The box holds two layers of 20 truffles and makes a great gift. The only question is whether to share, or not.
